Please contact support@dirtyhandssupply.com to edit the shipping address. We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to update the shipping address after the order has been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee the ability to modify the shipping address after fulfillment.

HAND-SPLIT MARKER ONLY: Processing times for hand-split products are typically 2-3 days.

All other orders placed before our 1 PM PT cutoff  Monday through Thursday will be handed over to our shipping partner the same day, excluding holidays. Orders placed Friday to Sunday or after our 1 PM PT cutoff on Thursday will be shipped the following business day. 

The order will be shipped out of Las Vegas, Nevada and we offer shipping via USPS and UPS.  When you place your order, you will have the option to select the shipping carrier and speed.

You will receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been processed. The tracking information will become available once we have fulfilled the order and shipping updates will begin once it has been handed over to one of our shipping partners. Please reach out to support@dirtyhandssupply.com if you did not receive a confirmation email. 

You will need to contact the shipping carrier for package inquiries. You may need to submit a claim for a missing or damaged delivery.
