Unused Products

Products must be returned in their original unused condition.

Must be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Defective Products

Items with manufacturing defects or faults not caused by misuse.

Must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

Upon verification, we will provide an exchange for the same product.

Damaged Products (Shipping Damage)

Must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Please include photos of the damage and packaging.

We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.

Exclusions

Products marked as final sale or non-returnable.

Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
