How do I update the shipping address?

We understand that situations may arise where you need to update your shipping address after placing an order. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that a shipping address can be modified once an order has been fulfilled or shipped.

How long before my order ships out?

HAND-SPLIT MARKER ONLY: Processing times for hand-split products are typically 2–3 business days.

For all other products, orders placed before our 1:00 PM PT cutoff Monday through Thursday will be handed over to our shipping partner the same day (excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 1:00 PM PT on Thursday, or anytime Friday through Sunday, will ship on the next business day.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email within 2–3 minutes of placing your order.

Tracking information will be sent once your order has been fulfilled, and shipping updates will begin once the package has been handed over to one of our shipping partners.

What should I do if my order shows as delivered but I haven't received it?

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team at support@dirtyhandssupply.com.

We will work directly with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and help locate your order.
