Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, you may return your item for a full refund, provided that:

The return is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
The item is returned in its original, unused condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, if applicable.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email support@dirtyhandssupply.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide you with return instructions.

Returns

A flat return fee of $7.00 USD will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 2-10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for unused items.

A flat exchange fee of $7.00 USD applies to all exchanges.
If the replacement order is under the $50 free shipping minimum, you will also be responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
Returned items must be received and scanned into our warehouse before your exchange order can be processed and shipped.
